# Hashtrips SEABW25 Terms 1. This Hashtrips SEA Blockchain Week Promotion 2025 (“**Promotion**”) is only available from 14 March 2025 to 1 April 2025, both dates inclusive (“**Promotion Period**”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion (“**Exclusive Travel Deal**”) and any such variation. 2. The following requirements must be satisfied for participants to be eligible for this Promotion: 1. all bookings with Hashtrips for hotels and/or flights must be made to and from Bangkok (“**Bookings**”); 2. Bookings must be made *via* the Hashtrips Telegram concierge service at ; 3. all participants must mention the discount code ‘SEABW25’ for Bookings; and 4. all payments for Bookings must be made using cryptocurrencies supported by Hashtrips including but not limited to stablecoins USDT or USDC on Base, Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana. 3. Subject to these EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms, the participant may be eligible to receive the Booking discounts described in Column B (the “**Discount**”) based on the combined Booking value (the “**Amount**”) completed by the participant during the Promotion Period, as set out in Column A (the “**Criteria**”): | (A) Amount | (B) Discount | | ----------------------------------------------- | ------------ | | i. Hashtrips may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace the Discount to be given away under the Promotion with any other goods, services or vouchers of equal or similar value. The Discount is not transferable, exchangeable or refundable for cash, credit or any other such items. 5. Hashtrips reserves the right, and has sole discretion, to prohibit any participant from participating in any aspect of the Promotion if Hashtrips deems or suspects that such any participant has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: 1. acting in violation of these EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms; 2. damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Promotion; or 3. an activity deemed in the sole discretion of Hashtrips to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Promotion. 6. Hashtrips reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including any participants the subject of Discount, Amount, eligibility Criteria and any disagreements. Hashtrips’ determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive. 7. If any participant is discovered to be ineligible for the Promotion for any reason, Hashtrips is entitled to at any time: 1. forfeit, withdraw or withhold the Discount at any time; 2. where the Discount has been awarded or utilized, reclaim or invalidate the Discount from the participant. In such an event, no participant, person or corporation shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Hashtrips. 8. Participants of the Promotion may not be eligible to participate in any other ongoing or future promotions by Hashtrips, unless otherwise permitted by Hashtrips. 9. By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that: 1. the Discount only applies to the total Booking value processed *via* Hashtrips and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions by Hashtrips or any other offer; 2. all Bookings made through Hashtrips shall only be used for the participants’ personal travel only; 3. there shall not be any resale, transfer, or assignment of any travel Booking or Discount obtained *via* Hashtrips; 4. the discount code ‘SEABW25’ is non-transferable and may only be used for a single Booking transaction; 5. all Bookings and/or transactions are subject to Hashtrips’ standard payment processing terms and any additional terms and conditions including but not limited to any cancellation, modification, change or refund policies imposed by (i) the respective hotel or flight provider; or (ii) any other third-party supplier (collectively, “**Suppliers**”); 6. Hashtrips acts solely as a facilitator for Booking travel arrangements and shall not be responsible for any cancellation fees, penalties, or changes imposed by Suppliers; 7. in the event of a cancellation or modification initiated by Suppliers or participants, any Discount may be forfeited and shall be non-refundable; and 8. any personal information shall be handled in accordance with Hashtrips’ Privacy Policy and by using Hashtrips’ services and/or completing or attempting to make any Bookings, the participants consent to the collection and use of such personal information. 10. Hashtrips has sole discretion to determine cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms or intent of these EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms. Hashtrips’ decision shall be final and shall not be obliged to provide reasons for the same. 11. Hashtrips may, at its discretion, vary, amend, delete and / or add on to any of these EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms, including, but not limited to, terminating this Promotion at any time without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any participant. Participants shall be bound by such variations, amendments, deletions and / or additions. Hashtrips shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this Promotion. 12. Hashtrips, its partners and affiliated entities shall not assume any liability for any loss incurred or suffered by any person in connection with the Promotion, howsoever arising, including without limitation, any error in Bookings or transactions, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from such travel, service interruptions, delays, or discrepancies in service quality provided by hotels or airlines, Suppliers, or any losses or issues that occur during or after such travel. 13. These EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms should be read in conjunction with Hashtrips’ Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and all other terms and policies in place by Hashtrips or available at the Hashtrips website (as may be amended from time to time). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any material relating to the Promotion, these EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms shall prevail. 14. A person who is not a party to these EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL DEALS Terms. 15.
